Starting at just $4,990 per month, I’ll work in your Slack or MS Teams workspace and feel like a virtual employee. No vacation, sick pay or any other benefits required. Just kick back and watch revenue climb!
In order to understand both the environmental context and the workflow of your company's users, I setup interview sessions to ask questions and immerse myself into their lifestyle, whether it be consumer or business lifestyle.
Even if your product is in early ideation stage, or a mature product looking to optimized, unearthing the usability problems of your competitors and your own product's user experience will help with discovering user issues.
Designers are more than just artists, I design solutions to problems. Knowing the problems that users experience will help drive UX optimization.
My clients’ favorite part of my process is my heuristic analysis of the user flow of three of their top competitors. It’s humbling to see how even large competitors lack and exceed in certain areas of their online shopping experience.
This image shown is an actual user flow analysis I did for a client as research into helping them launch a direct-to-consumer customization experience. I looked into Tesla’s Model 3 experience through a detailed analysis of each user interaction touch point and found many ways that even Tesla could improve their customization experience, especially for their mobile experience.
I present these detailed findings with my comments to clients and use it as a guide to building the first conceptual prototype for their business initiative or feature they are looking to develop.
Once I have a solid understanding of your business' goals, competitors and user's goals, I immediately jump into rapidly prototyping a concept to get stakeholder buy-in and user feedback. This becomes a quick iterative design process based on constant feedback + revisions.
I love to present prototypes as soon as possible as it helps with streamlining the feedback process. I present to stakeholders much like I would to users, whereas I let them go through the product to better empathize with the true user experience.
A great user experience is validated before a single line of code is written so your business is ready to build a product that knows your customers will love. This is done through observing your customers go through the prototype through usability testing.
I continuously test, iterate and repeat until the product team, business stakeholders and users have aligned onto a viable product.
